FAQ

Frequently asked

Can I fly back instead of driving?

Yes. You can take an optional domestic flight from Errachidia with Ryanair or Royal Air Maroc (subject to schedule) instead of driving back to Marrakech. Just let us know when booking.

What time can I arrive on Day 1?

Arrival is completely flexible. We offer airport pickup at any time, and if your group arrives on different flights, we'll pick everyone up individually.

Can I add extra nights or choose better hotels?

Yes. You can add extra nights in Marrakech or the Sahara Desert and choose from standard, premium, or luxury hotels.

Can we skip the Dadès Gorges and go straight to the desert?

Yes, if you're a private group. If you're joining a shared trip, the itinerary can only be changed if the rest of the group agrees.

Can we add extra activities?

Yes. You can book extra activities such as ATV quads, dune buggies, the Jeep Nomad Experience, or a hot air balloon during your trip.

Is there a swimming pool in the desert?

Yes. You'll have access to the swimming pool at Sahara Pearl Hotel, located in the heart of the Sahara Desert.

Can I use my credit or debit card in Morocco?

Yes. Cards are widely accepted at hotels, restaurants, and larger shops. We recommend carrying some cash for local markets and small businesses.

Can we pay separately if we're a group of friends?

Yes! The first person in the group can choose to pay only for themselves during the booking process. Once their payment is completed, the system automatically generates a unique group booking link. Simply share that link with your friends, and each person can join the same reservation and pay individually.

Can I play padel in the Sahara Desert?

Yes! Our guests have access to the Desert Padel Court, one of the world's most unique padel courts, surrounded by the dunes of the Sahara.
