Flexible route
This itinerary can be done in either direction: from Marrakech to Fez, or the other way around — from Fez to Marrakech. We adapt the route based on your arrival and departure flights.
Day 01
Arrival In Marrakech
Welcome to Marrakech. On arrival at the airport, our team will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to start discovering the city, enjoy its unique atmosphere and taste the delicious Moroccan cuisine. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 02
Marrakech City Tour
Breakfast and guided tour of Marrakech from 9:00 a.m. To 1:00 p.m. We'll discover some of the city's most iconic sights, including the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahía Palace and the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square. In the afternoon, optional visits to the Ben Youssef Madrasa, the Secret Garden, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Majorelle Garden. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 03
Marrakech — Ait Ben Haddou — Dadès Valley
Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Dadès Valley
Breakfast and departure at 7:30 a.m. Heading south through the impressive High Atlas mountains. We'll visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and filming location for films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Free time to explore the kasbah and have lunch. Continue along the Route of the Thousand Kasbahs to the Dadès Valley. Dinner and accommodation included.
Day 04
Dadès Valley — Todra Gorges — Sahara Desert
Dadès Valley → Todra Gorges → Sahara Desert
Breakfast and departure to the Todra Gorges. Free time to walk and take in the scenery. Continue to the Sahara. On arrival, optional camel ride into the dunes, sunset and sandboarding. Arrival at the camp, welcome mint tea, traditional Moroccan dinner and Berber music under the stars. Dinner and accommodation included.
Optional activities: buggy, razer or Jeep 4x4 (additional cost).
Day 05
Sahara Desert — Ifrane — Fez
Sahara Desert → Ifrane → Fez
Sunrise in the desert and breakfast at the camp. Departure to Fez crossing the Ziz Valley and the Middle Atlas. Along the route we'll stop in Midelt, Ifrane — known as "Morocco's little Switzerland" — and the cedar forest of Azrou, home of the famous Barbary macaques. Arrival in Fez and accommodation.
Day 06
Fez City Tour
Breakfast and guided tour of Fez, the spiritual and cultural capital of Morocco. We'll visit the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), the Bab Bou Jeloud gate and the impressive medieval Medina, one of the oldest and most authentic in the Arab world. We'll walk through its souks, traditional tanneries and the Al Quaraouiyine Madrasa, the oldest university in the world. Free afternoon to enjoy Fez at your own pace. Overnight in Fez.
Day 07
Transfer To Fez Airport
Breakfast. At the agreed time, private transfer to Fez airport for your return flight. End of the trip and our services.
