Itinerary

DAY 1: Marrakech – Errachidia – Sahara Pearl

Pick-up at Errachidia Airport.

Transfer from Errachidia Airport to Sahara Pearl Hotel in Merzouga. Upon arrival in the desert, you’ll have a camel ride to experience how nomads have traveled over the centuries. We’ll stop to admire the sunset and you can also enjoy sandboarding. Once at the camp, you’ll be greeted with excellent mint tea and a delicious traditional Moroccan dinner. With Berber drum music, enjoy a unique and unforgettable night, gazing at the vast sky covered with a blanket of stars that adorn the desert nights. Dinner and accommodation at the camp.

DAY 2: Sahara Desert Experience (Jeep Tour)

Optionally, wake up early to witness one of the most impressive events during our stay in the Sahara: the sunrise. This spectacle of light and silence will leave us amazed. Afterward, enjoy a delicious breakfast and prepare for a Jeep tour. During the journey, we’ll make panoramic stops in the heart of the Sahara, exploring unique and surprising landscapes. Additionally, we’ll visit a desert nomad village in the process of sedentarization, where we’ll have the opportunity to share tea and learn more about their way of life. In the afternoon, we’ll return to the hotel to spend the night in the desert.

DAY 3: Errachidia – Marrakech

At the indicated time, our staff will transfer passengers to Errachidia Airport. Our staff will pick up passengers at Marrakech Airport and transfer them to the hotel. Free time to have a first contact with the city of Marrakech.

DAY 4: Marrakech

Breakfast. In the morning (between 9:00 am – 1:00 pm) we’ll have a guided tour to explore Marrakech. We’ll start with the Koutoubia Minaret (S: XIII), sister of the Giralda of Seville, which is currently the lighthouse and spiritual center of Marrakech. Then we’ll visit the Bahia Palace (S: XVI), a symbol of aristocratic life in Muslim Medieval times, where its ambassador’s hall stands out with its cedar wood ceiling. After that, we’ll head to the “Jemaa el-Fna” Square declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site (starts around 9:00 am and ends at 1:00 pm).

At the indicated time, our staff will transfer passengers to Marrakech Airport.

End of the trip and our services (2 hours before the flight).

NOTE: An extra day can be added to this itinerary to spend two nights in the desert for an experience of meeting the nomads living in the desert and to engage in more activities. The package can be quoted in different options, hotel categories from standard to luxury, group travel with more people, or private.
